Over the years, City Lights range has expanded to include high quality commercial construction.
We have successfully completed projects for churches, pubs, apartments, offices and condos.
Our commitment to quality and integrity has meant that we can establish solid working relationships with clients, designers,
suppliers, sub-contractors and government agencies to bring projects to completion on time and on budget.
We are especially suited to projects that require a high level of finish and attention to detail as well as
conscientious communication with the client. Our extensive background in historic restoration and creative re-use
is reflected in our long history of success with the
Federal and State Historic Preservation Tax Credit
and other incentive programs that make so many projects feasible.
This aspect of our business has recently been enhanced with the addition of a project manager
with strong experience in urban commercial development and historic rehab utilizing tax credits and other incentives.
