City Lights has deep roots in various kinds of residential construction. Our background in new construction and remodeling was enhanced in 1993 when Randy moved to the historic Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis. City Lights soon became known as a contractor with a sense of history and attention to quality. The company has been a significant part of the rejuvenation of historic St. Louis ever since.
